Android AR requires "Google Play Services for AR" (ARCore) to be installed. Without it, AR won't work.

If you already have it installed, make sure it's updated to the latest version.

  • This is usually a GLB file compatibility issue
  • Try closing Chrome and reopening the link
  • Make sure Google Play Services for AR is updated
  • Clear Chrome's cache: Settings โ†’ Privacy โ†’ Clear browsing data
  • If the issue persists, the 3D model may need to be re-exported
  • Grant camera permission to Chrome
  • Go to Settings โ†’ Apps โ†’ Chrome โ†’ Permissions โ†’ Camera โ†’ Allow
  • Close other apps using the camera
  • Restart your phone and try again
  • Move to a well-lit area
